Based on number of Total Personnel involved with loan production, CalyxTools Simplified Pricing is clear and straightforward. There is no long-term contract to sign and when product updates are released, they are available to available to you immediately.
When a new customer starts with CalyxTools, they pay a one-time Initial set Up Fee, which includes installation, training and support. (See the CalyxTools Simplified Pricing Sheet for details.)
After the first month, customers make a recurring monthly payment to CalyxTools. This payment, due on or before the first day of each month, is for the Monthly Fee as outlined above. A 5% late fee will be added to any monthly payment received after the 5thcalendar day of the month. If the customer fails to make their full monthly payment (including 5% late fee) by the 10thday of the month, the company’s access to CalyxTools will be disabled. If an account is disabled, it can be reinstated once full payment due is received by CalyxTools (including any late fees). In addition, there will be a $50 Reconnection Fee that must be received before access is restored.
All pricing for CalyxTools is subject to change and any upcoming pricing change will be announced to existing customers six (6) months in advance. All pricing changes go into effect on the first day of the month in which they take effect. For any pricing change, the new price will not be more than 10% different than the current price.
If a CalyxTools user wishes to cancel their subscription, they may do so at any time by providing written notice 30 days in advance. Cancellation requests should be emailed to: sales@calyxtools.com and will become effective on the last day of the month in which the 30-day notice falls.

Total Personnel: Defined as anyone working for the company who is included in loan production.
Initial Set Up: Includes CalyxTools software installation, CalyxTools product training, and up to four hours of CalyxTools data consulting to best understand all the critical data that is now at your fingertips. Additional Consulting beyond four hours is always available and must be approved and arranged in advance. Additional Consulting is billed at a rate of $150 per hour with a one hour minimum.
